The Decision Process: A team checks road conditions across our district prior to 5:30 AM and consults with weather experts on future forecasts.
Safety First: Careful thought goes into every closure and dismissal decision. While we understand these decisions impact schedules, the safety of our students and staff is our highest priority.
Timeline: We will make every attempt to share closure decisions by 6:00 AM.
No News is Good News: If the district does not make a school closure announcement, please plan for school to be in session on a regular schedule.

Childcare: Who will care for your child if school is canceled or dismissed early?
Contact Info: Is your contact information up to date in our system? Please ensure your current phone number and email are on file at your student’s school office.
Student Drivers: Will your student-drivers need alternative plans to get to class when schools are open yet side roads remain tricky?
